Beyond Boyle creates opportunities for homeless and vulnerable people through inspirational work placements and training that motivates them into exciting employment possibilities.

We believe that good food and good conversations matter!

We have a fascination for getting people together over food. We believe good food can transform the way people feel, the way people interact and the way people have fun together. It can enrich conversations and nourish relationships.

We don't believe that food or service should be complicated or stuffy. Nor do we believe that ingredients should travel unnecessarily, so we support our local farmers and food producers whenever possible. There are times when we want flavours and ingredients from around the world and we always try to trace the source, making sure it has been produced to our own ethically high standards.

We love what we do so much that we think that, by opening our doors to homeless or vulnerable people who need inspiration and motivation and by inviting them to work in our team, we can help them to take control of their lives and start living life to the full.

We believe this is all worth standing up for and celebrating. After all, food is not just what we eat, it is what we live and breathe!
